Internship for a Travel Designer in Paris
Currently expanding, Hidden Gems is now developing new high-end products throughout France, moving beyond solely French monarchy themes. The company is accredited by Atout France and has been ranked number 1 for activities in Versailles by TripAdvisor since 2017.
Located in the heart of Paris, our office welcomes an intern as a “Leisure Travel Consultant” to assist in business development.
Our primary role will involve logistics/planning and business development. Specifically, for logistics, you will handle client relations, museum reservations, planning with guides, and providing data to our accounting service. You’ll manage the booking process, liaising with both suppliers and clients/luxury travel agencies and advisors. You need to be committed and motivated.
For business development, depending on your skills (to be discussed), you could:
– Develop new high-end products (historical and lifestyle tours in and around Paris) and partnerships,
– Research and write blog articles and bi-monthly newsletters, create content, and
– Manage social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. This includes scripting and shooting photos/videos, editing (using Canva/CapCut), scheduling, audience development, and partnering.
We are looking for YOU to assist us in growing the business.
The Basic for working as Travel consultant:
You enjoy sharing and exchanging ideas. You are interested in travel, the luxury industry, and custom experiences. You have good knowledge of Paris and are interested in discovering the city’s “Hidden Gems”. Preferably, you are proficient in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus. You are well-organized and have writing skills. You live in or near Paris.
